About

The Story Behind the Business

At 12 years old I was lucky enough to have met a wonderful local creative artist and photographer, Laura. Laura took me under her wing for a few years. I assisted her with whatever she needed, be it dog sitting, modeling for her to practice her photography skills and posing, or traveling with her to beautiful weddings in the Rochester, NY and Finger Lakes Region as an assistant. I was able to make some money, meet some great people and see places I have never seen before. Little did I know, Laura taught me so much. I was exposed to a skill, a trade, an art form at a young age. This stuck with me for the rest of my life. I fell in love, fell in love with photography.

I took as many photography classes in high school and collage as possible.  I carried my camera with me as often as I could. I have published work in the Batavia Daily News, corporate newsletters, and real estate websites. I have had the opportunity to take pictures of new babies, family parties, managed a local Santa at the a local mall, office Santa parties, weddings, and birthday parties.  But it's now been a couple years since I had my camera attached to me. A wedding, a new house, a baby - all changed life a bit. As I talk about my dreams more and more with my friends, set some goals for the upcoming year, I have realized my dreams are now becoming actions.  I tell myself - keep dreaming because this life long dream is coming true.

To my family and my friends, thank you all for the support and encouragement!
